TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking)

1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $300 (or more depending on the session) is required. This deposit confirms your booking and is deducted from the final session cost. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as they reserve dedicated time within a limited schedule.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Due to the nature of a limited schedule, changes affect both my workflow and other clients who may have been allocated that time. For this reason, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to reschedule. Late changes, repeated rescheduling, non-attendance, or late arrival may result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

3. Design Process & Creative Direction

Tattoo design is a considered and structured process. Designs are prepared in advance and presented on the day of your appointment, allowing space for refinement during the session itself. I wouldn’t be able to present you a design and make changes outside of my working hours. Everything has to happen within the time you have booked with me. If you choose not to proceed with the design on the day, the deposit will be retained as payment for the time and preparation already invested, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.

4. Session Structure & Pricing

Session pricing reflects the time reserved, not the final size or complexity of the tattoo. Larger projects or small but more detailed work may require multiple sessions depending on the scope and development of the piece. Last minute changes in colour, composition or dynamic of the design will reflect in larger budget at the end.

5. Client Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive in a suitable condition for their appointment—well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten beforehand. Alcohol and recreational drugs must not be consumed prior to or during the session. The use of numbing cream must be discussed and approved in advance, as it can affect skin response and the tattooing process. Please give me curtesy notice if you are late for your appointment or have something else planned on the same day.

6. Age & Consent

All clients must be 18 years or older and fully able to provide ID and informed consent for the procedure.

7. Aftercare & Touch-Ups

Aftercare is an essential part of the process. Your responsibility is to care of your tattoo in appropriate way. After you step out of my studio - the way your tattoo will heal is in your hands. If you have large project with multiply sessions but not taking care of your tattoo, I will spend next session on fixing what was ruined with neglected aftercare, hence your total budget may increase.

A complimentary touch-up is offered within 3 months of the final session, provided that proper aftercare instructions have been followed and the tattoo has healed correctly.

8. Behaviour & Studio Conduct

Respectful and appropriate behaviour is required at all times. This is a professional environment, and I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session in cases of unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct. In such circumstances, the deposit will be forfeited.

9. Artistic Integrity

I maintain full creative responsibility for the work I produce. While collaboration is part of the process, I may adjust or decline requests where necessary to preserve the integrity, balance, and longevity of the final tattoo.

It is in your best interest to listen artists advise and be open for suggestions. I have spent 20 years studying and producing art and would deliver my very honest opinion on whats suitable or not for your project.

10. Design Ownership & Copyright

All designs remain the intellectual property of the artist and are created exclusively for each client. Reproduction, copying, or use by other artists is not permitted.

11. Photography & Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise discussed, completed tattoos may be photographed and used for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.

12. Time Management & Session Flow

Time management is closely monitored throughout the session. I work with structured timing tools, including timers on both my phone and tattoo equipment, to ensure each appointment runs accurately according to the time booked. For this reason, there is no ambiguity regarding session duration or time allocation.

Your session begins at the time scheduled in your booking, not upon arrival at the studio or when tattooing process begins.

Session time is inclusive of the entire process, including stencil application, design adjustments, and any necessary breaks, such as meals or restroom breaks. All activities within the appointment are accounted for within the allocated time.

Each session will conclude at the end of the time booked, regardless of the stage of the tattoo. If a client arrives late, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled end time. If a client chooses to stop earlier than the allocated session time, the full session cost remains payable, as the time has been exclusively reserved.

In the event that unforeseen circumstances arise on my end that affect the progression of the work, adjustments will be made fairly, which may include extending the session where appropriate or rescheduling continuation to ensure the integrity of the final result.

Breaks may be taken as needed during longer sessions to maintain quality, precision, and client comfort. Session flow, including timing and breaks, is managed at the artist’s discretion to ensure the best possible outcome of the work.
